Request for Proposals (RFP) or bids for Annual Multi-stage Mountain-biking(MTB) and Canoeing Concession in |Ai-|Ais/Richtersveld Transfrontier Park
The concession is about the rights for planning and staging an annual 5-day multi-stage MTB event in ARTP which includes a leg of canoeing on the Orange River. The product must be offered over the full moon period and is designed to utilise existing tourism facilities at |Ai-|Ais Resort (Namibia), De Hoop and Sendelingsdrift (RSA) with a mobile camps at Gamkab valley. Final dates are to be negotiated with the park authorities on an annual basis. The concession further includes optional rights for MTB tours for smaller groups throughout the year but on the same format as the annual event and on agreement with MET.
