In December 2003 Skukuza Camp in Kruger played host to a very special celebration of disability in the form of a 3 night visit to the park for prize winning school children with disabilities.
In June 2003 SANParks was honoured for her efforts in creating accessible facilities within the parks in the form of the Filmer Award.
