Hi all

Hawk made a video that showed at the evening event at Cricket@Skukuza 2011. Should you wish to download a copy of this you can do so via the following links.

Reasonable resolution mp4 file - 300MB (large) = link

Low resolution Flash file - 36mb = link

Medium resolution mp4 file -103mb = link

Disclaimer - DB at the start is for Dung Beetle, nothing to do with any birds

Anne-marie, its a "highlights" package that Hawk put together from videos he taken at all the Cricket events from 2007-2011. I think it was shown on the big screen during the dinner in 2011?

Yes, it was shown as Sara says. So the video is made up of footage taken between 2007 and 2010. Four cricket events.

So good to see so many familiar faces.... that haven't changed at all over the years!

Struggling to find a way to save it to watch?????? Will push the boat out and pay for extra mB if I know it will work.

I have been asked for a copy of the 2009 Cricket@Skukuza video, so thought I would upload it to "Dropbox" from where anyone interested could download it.

Unfortunately it is a huge 3Gb file and Dropbox doesn't seem to be the quickest site. The video was made for DVD disc so no thought was given to size. The original project files have been deleted, so I cant redo it in a smaller format.

Perhaps those with very fast lines will get acceptable download times. It took me 13 hours to upload it. It is an ISO file which means it needs to be unzipped. This can be done with "Winrar" which is freely available on Windows. After unzipping the files can be copied directly to a DVD disk.

I have since rendered the file to a smaller mp4 format (600mb), but it does not have menus and plays in one continuous sequence. I can upload this to Dropbox if anyone is interested.

I have a speed of 54.0Mbps..????? and it took approx 2-3hrs to download to my laptop and the 35 mins to put it on a DVD to view it
