Sorry, but really the only way is to keep checking the Availability pages, which I believe are real time.

If you are fairly proficient with Excel and its Web Data functionality you could create a table based on the Availability pages and program it to update regularly and alert you when something suitable becomes available. I did it once a few years ago but I don't know if it would still work with the new website.

I always start checking for cancellations about two months before the date I require. This when the rest of the deposit is due and a number of cancellations come through.

There are always bungalows kept back for the disabled. I think they become available two weeks before the relevant date. I might be wrong with that timing though.
