This is in central region , the view is in a westerly direction , near a junction of roads running east/west & north/south .

From higher ground , close to the junction of 2 roads , one tar , the other gravel .

GS , how many re-writes can you do ?
You dont know your central district well enough , revise and try again .
Clue : it is more westwards , a crossroad , all arms extend at least 30 km .

I think it is heading south (but looking towards the west) on the Timbavati road (S39) as it nears the H7 and the junction with the S36 — but it has never been that green when I've been there! :wink:

Unless you're joking, remember this is not a peeing contest, rather a relatively reasonable quiz thread where MOST normal visitors have a chance to have a guess! :?

I know some of mine have been tough, but this last one is plain silly! :evil:

I wrote their handbook in fact ... joking of course .
There are clues for normal visitors who know the central district and keep an eye on the beauty of the surroundings it is not difficult at all .

Not silly at all!

If you read the clues and look at the map there is only a couple of possible answers - I tend to agree with Arks though - H7 insection with S36/S39.

Why don't you give it a try RP?

arks wins , late December 2007 , there was heavy rain in mid Dec , looking westwards , on the high ground very close to the junction of S36 & S39 on H7 .
Richprins : Prominent landmark for those who frequent the area .
