amazing captures! Honey Badger, Leopard, porcupine.... and good to see so many Eland around TR. I hope the Eland calf was not the one that has been visiting Anna!!

Morning All,

Herewith some pictures taken on the 4x4 route at Witgat Campsite.

When the cam was retrieved it was found lying on its side, it seems that some Eland played with the branch where the cam was on and then some lions thought it was a plaything and took a bite of the cam. There are some teeth marks in the infra red sensor. The cam will be put back into action as soon as the problem has been solved.

Great shots KG...particularly like the eland feast :) Such a good opertunity to put the cam somewhere to get a really great set of shots.

The leopard portrait is of Cagn, she appears to now be seperated from her mum. It's also the furthest south she has been seen

Keep up the good work.

Morning All,

It is only a pleasure...as long as we can bring the park and the animals to you where you sit in a office  .

I iwll collect the two cams over the weekend and see what we got, I hope the Houmoed cam is still ok since there has been plenty leopard, lion and hyena activity at the waterhole. We will just have to wait and see.

Thanks for the leopard info AstroMatt.

Wow, these pictures are amazing.
I just LOVE the honeybadger
And the Eland
And the LEOPARD
Also, the pictures of the lion with his kill are great
Well, in fact, I love all of them :D :D :D
Thank you for posting them.

KG, do you think there is a chance that the Eland will stay around till October or are they moving into another direction now?

Waiting for more,
Nina
