Thanks BB & Switchback,

I have an adapter for SA plugs, so will be ok when in camp. If I need to charge up when on the 4x4 route, I'll be ok as long as your inverter takes normal SA plugs?

I have a spare battery for my camera, and both usually last a couple of days, depending on how many photos I take, but know I'll use them up very quickly if I get the opportunity to take a photo or two of an interesting raptor  (Just wait until you see my reaction if we see a Red-necked or Pygmy Falcon :cam:  ).

Just read your TR Switchback, you have some cracking pics on there  I'll be happy if we see half of what you saw :D

OK, I'm off to read some more TR's.

Red necked are sometimes near Nossob, but Pygmy near 2R on the Aoub side.

If you have a cigarette lighter adapter for your batteries Barcud, bring it along.

Here is something in the meantime for you to practise on , Barcud. :D

We have seen many Red-necked Falcons in the park...along the Auob as well as along the Nossob...and many in the dune roads. You should see both of these birds on your trip . :D
