On my recent trip to Kruger i couldn't help but notice thick spider webs in the trees, like it hasn't been touched in years. Has anyone got close up pictures of it? What is the largest Spider species and snake in the Kruger Park? Would love to see a snake in the park

Those webs you saw were from community nest (social) spiders. There can be between 50-100 living within the same nest, although they are not that big. They are from the genus stegodyphus. The biggest spider would probably be one of the baboon spiders.
As for the biggest snake it would be the Southern African Rock Python.
