Tx for looking and the comments :D

Rare sighting:

Thick-billed Weaver.

They build always his nest on the Souths side of the hide and December is always a good time to spot them.

After 20 years visiting LP we finally saw the famous Leopards at LP that everybody was talking about

They didn't stop to pose and images not pin sharp but will keep them until next time...

The first afternoon we saw the female.

The next morning we saw the Male.

Tx for looking and the comments.
Jaybabe, great sighting and tx for uploading your images

When we heard about the flood in January 2012 we immediate decided to go and have a look in Kruger and LP was first on our list.

When we drove over the Sabie at Paul Kruger gate the water level was still high and wonder what happen at LP

Image

The good news were, LP was still standing, the water level raise above the seats but except for the dirt still in good condition.
